Mastery in Breathwork facilitation is an educational symphony that is co-created by the different bodies, minds and styles of the group. The Master Instructors take a deep dive into coaching mastery and is only available to participants who have completed the Level 1 Instructor Training.

The Master Instructor Training is not a pre-defined linear course where you sit down to go through a standardized set of exercises and experiences. Mastery is not theoretical or conceptual, it is practical, experiential, and intuitive. With a group of like-minded practitioners, we will create the safest possible space to work at the edges of our comfort zone and grow on a personal and professional level.
